Claim Physical

Claiming the physical version of your digital collectible is a straightforward process at The Colony. Here’s how you can request your physical item:

  1. Access the Claim Feature: Click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the navigation bar. From the dropdown menu, select the 'Claim' option.

  2. Select Your Item: You'll be presented with a list of items you own. Choose the specific item you wish to claim a physical version of.

  3. Initiate the Claim Process: After selecting the item to claim, The Colony will send a confirmation email to your registered address. This email includes a payment link for redeeming the physical.

  4. Complete Payment: Follow the link to pay the necessary fees for your item. This includes a Redemption fee ($5 per item), Sales tax (if applicable) and shipping fees(with insurance)

  5. Transfer asset to Colony: Once payment is confirmed, you'll be instructed to transfer the digital item back to The Colony.

  6. Shipping Your Collectible: The Colony will proceed with shipping the physical collectible directly to the address you’ve provided.
